- We advise and assist private individuals or their solicitors with the administration of an estate which includes assets in France.
- In most cases, the French estate has to be wound-up separately from the English one and a specific procedure applies.
- We do not deal with the winding up of estates wholly in England.
Preliminary Advice
We will give you advice on the process of dealing with the administration and the settlement of estates in France.
Probate Service
We will help you with the probate of assets in France, whether the deceased was resident there or elsewhere. We will liaise with and assist an English solicitor dealing with an estate that includes some French assets.
